Nuclear Blast Records is committed to providing fans with high-quality music and merchandise; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, sealed condition. Please note that opened media such as vinyl, CDs, and DVDs are non-returnable unless defective.

Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
